Male augmentation mammoplasty, also known as male breast augmentation surgery, is a cosmetic surgical procedure performed to increase the size and projection of the male pectorals. The procedure involves the placement of male breast implants under the pectoralis muscle, resulting in a more defined and masculine chest.

It requires an incision in the nipple area or in the crease under the chest. Through the incision, the male implant is inserted under the pectoralis muscle, and the incision is sutured closed.
