DESCRIPTION
A forehead lift, also known as forehead rhytidoplasty, is a surgical procedure performed to correct wrinkles and sagging in the forehead and eyebrows. This procedure can be performed using different techniques, such as forehead lift, removal of excess skin and forehead muscle reshaping.
The frontoplasty procedure is usually performed under local anesthesia or intravenous sedation and can last between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the techniques used. The surgeon will make incisions in the scalp and/or hairline and remove excess skin, muscle and fat to smooth wrinkles and elevate the eyebrows to their natural position.
