Mastopexy with implants is a plastic surgery procedure that aims to lift and improve the shape of the breasts, while increasing their size. This technique combines a mastopexy, which is a breast lift to correct sagging, with the placement of breast implants to increase the volume and improve the shape.

During the procedure, an incision is made around the areola and/or in the inframammary line, through which the excess skin is removed and the breast tissue is reaffirmed. Then, the breast implant is placed under the pectoral muscle or above it, depending on the characteristics of each patient.
