Gynecomastia with nipple lift is a surgical procedure used to treat enlargement of the male mammary glands, and at the same time a cosmetic correction of the nipple position is performed. The procedure involves the removal of excess glandular and/or fatty tissue in the affected area, and the repositioning of the nipple to a more elevated and natural position.

First, an incision is made in the affected area, through which the excess glandular and/or fatty tissue is removed. The nipple position is then corrected by elevating the nipple to a more natural position, and the incision is sutured closed.
